GB Bearings (Pty) Ltd has been in operation in South Africa since 1962, having a network of facilities situated in Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town.

GB Bearings primarily manufacture and repair whitemetal bearings in addition to distributing and supplying a comprehensive range of industrial plain bearings. The product range is supported with extensive technical expertise.

GB Bearings remains as a licensee to Waukesha Bearings and represents Federal-Mogul Glyco Glycodur, Deva Metal and Tenmat plain bearing related products. These partnerships enable GB Bearings to provide its customers with a more complete service through the technical support and product range of these Companies.

GB Bearings has BEE status with many companies and has formal BEE accreditation with Eskom, Spoornet and the SAMPPF (South African Mining Preferential Procurement Forum).

All our facilities conform to exacting standards with our Durban and Johannesburg operations approved and listed to SABS ISO 9001:200. All sites maintain a Risk Management system that incorporates Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
