DEVAGLIDE™ is a self-lubricating bearing material that consists of a high-quality bearing bronze with pockets filled with solid lubricant.  A thin film of solid lubricant over the bearing surface aids the running-in process.  These bearings are maintenance free and do not require oil or grease for lubrication.
